Delivery Policy

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of placement. Once dispatched, delivery takes 5–7 business days depending on your location — metro areas like Bengaluru and Mumbai usually receive orders in around 5 days, while tier 2–3 cities may take the full week.

We process orders Monday through Saturday. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you'll get email and SMS notifications with tracking details. You can use this tracking number on the courier's website to follow your order in real time.

If you haven't received a shipping notification within 2 business days of placing your order, please reach out to customercare@esiddhi.com.

We ship through trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and Blue Dart, depending on your PIN code and order size.

Cash on delivery (COD) is available across most Indian PIN codes. Someone needs to be present at the delivery address to accept payment — orders that can't be delivered may incur a re-delivery fee.

Free shipping is available on orders of ₹500 or more. A nominal shipping charge applies to orders below ₹500.
