Refund & Returns Policy

We have a 7-day return policy — you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. We provide a complimentary return shipping label for approved returns.

Items must arrive back with us in unused, unworn condition, with original tags and packaging intact, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To qualify for a return or exchange claim, please record an uninterrupted video of the package being opened at delivery — this helps us verify the condition of items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

Email customercare@esiddhi.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. Once approved, we'll issue a prepaid shipping label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at customercare@esiddhi.com so we can make it right.

Custom products, sale items, and gift cards can't be returned.

For an exchange, return the original item and place a new order for the item you'd like instead. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll automatically refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days.
